About This Role
The Site Training Lead applies learning expertise and business knowledge to develop and execute against a learning strategy to drive business outcomes at a site operations location. This position will primarily focus on supporting the Parenteral Filling (PF) operations at Biogens site in RTP.
It will be imperative to build and sustain relationships with the site leadership team and to serve as a partner to other site functions. You will work closely with the manufacturing leadership team to build a sustainable training program with a primary focus of onthejob training for manufacturing personnel. To achieve this youll build an understanding of the operating model within the PF review and analyze training processes gather data and develop a program to meet the needs of PF and the wider RTP Pharma site. You will also partner with other training leads to maintain alignment and consistency in development of the sites training program. Additional responsibilities include supporting the New Hire Onboarding process and supporting regulatory audits as needed.

The base salary range for this position is $00 annually. Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including but not limited to relevant skills & experience job location and internal equity.
