TodothemaintenanceofLeakTestMachines
Workingon POKA YOKE KAIZENactivities
TodothemaintenanceofSPMmachinelikedrilling Tapping Reaming
TodotheTroubleshootingandMaintenanceofPLC
Doingnecessaryarrangementsforthemachinepartsasperrequiredsituations
KaizenforExistingandoldmachines
Followed1S2SandTPMProcessduringworking
Maintenance forUtilitysectionCompressorsElectricreadingona monthlybasis
Conductingperiodiccheckstoensurethe performanceofvariousequipment
TomakeBreakdownReportsPMReportsChecksheetofMachine.
Tomaintaintherecordsasper(ISO)MTBFMTTR
Installationofa newmachine.
