Based in our Cluj location you will be responsible for the configuration management (CM) activities for Automated Solutions products as assigned and adhering to best practices in the accomplishment of this function/activity.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Prepare and process standard engineering change requests (CRs) change orders (COs) and change actions (CAs) throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Manage part numbers and conduct impact analysis (where used) depending on the change description.
  • Analyze proposed part revisions identify and document impact and communicate accordingly to impacted departments.
  • Systematically capture record and validate product configuration details in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools providing accurate traceability of configurations.
  • Coordinate implementation tasks and workflows assign tasks across the organization and monitor task completion.
  • Review record and track temporary deviations and/or waivers to the asbuild records.
  • Continuously work on improving the European Configuration Management processes and procedures to minimize the Engineering Change Request cycle time.

Who You Are:

A teamoriented individual with strong personal interaction skills who is able to effectively handle multiple priorities but also able to work independently.You possess keen attention to detail problemsolving and root cause identification abilities and demonstrate strong analytical and decisionmaking skills.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Higher education technical degree.
  • Good computer and Microsoft Office applications skills.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing in English.
  • Open to travel internationally when needed.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Working with PLM System product lifecycle management or databases
  • Good presentation skills are desirable.
