Foremen Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities consist of working with the electrical team: site layout; including blueprint reading skills repair and installation of electrical systems and direct customer interaction.
- Make sure that completed work meets manufacturers requirements as well as appropriate environmental standards.
- Work independently as well as oversee a job site and work of others.
- Interact with customers vendors and other employees in a professional manner.
- Work in a safe manner that acknowledges self coworker and public safety concerns.
- Lead by example and demonstrate our Core Values.
Qualities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required (oral written and presentation).
- Creative problem solver with exceptional followthrough and attention to detail skills.
- Works well in a teamoriented environment.
- Strong work ethic with a high amount of personal ownership of their work.
- Ability to take the initiative and have a proactive approach to solving problems with minimal supervision.
- Enjoys a fastpaced and frequently changing environment able to be responsive to multiple details and multiple tasks while minimizing errors.
- Organized in the approach of work and handling multiple tasks effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4years Journeyman experience with experience managing jobs and teams
- Licensed in Kentucky
- Ability to routinely lift/move 70 lbs.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Careerminded with a willingness to continue training/education.
- Well versed in Federal and State OSHA safety requirements
