Job Description
Job Summary:
TriFLEXSI Home Health Care Inc. is currently seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Missouri City Texas. As a fulltime individual contributor you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to provide highquality and compassionate care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and patient goals
Collaborate with the patient family and other members of the healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes
Monitor and document patient progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary
Educate and train patients and caregivers in therapeutic techniques and activities
Adhere to all professional and ethical standards in accordance with state and federal regulations
Requirements:
Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
Valid state occupational therapy assistant license
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
