Job Description
The Harvey Autos Family of Dealerships (John Harvey Toyota Lexus of ShreveportBossier City and Harvey Subaru) has had the privilege of serving the Bossier community since 1994. As a family owned and operated business earning the trust of our customers employees and community is what drives us to be better. We are looking to train a Lexus Technology Specialist. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fastpaced and professional workplace and has the potential to grow at any one of the multiple rooftops within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to and follow upwith recentcustomers
- Willingness to Learn Product Knowledge
- Respond to email inquiries in a professional wellspoken manner
- Direct customers to product information resources including those available online
- Presenting andDelivering Vehicles
- Meet and exceed goals each month and quarter
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Time management prioritization and multitasking skills
- Clean driving record & valid drivers license
