Responsible for the management and preparation of safety documents for clients and subcontractors; he/she organizes medical visits and training courses and manages ISO 9001 quality audit with consultant support.
Activities include
Manage and maintain the HSE documentation for Kardex Italia personnel
Oversee corporate health surveillance in collaboration with the company doctor and HR
Manage clients and suppliers sharing the necessary HSE documentation for installation and maintenance activities
Update and archive HSE and Quality documentation
Support certification bodies during Quality Verification Audits (ISO9001
Perform general group purchase order entry activities (e.g. office supplies stationery etc. for suppliers in the SAP management system
Backup for Kardex Projects Offer/Order Handling
