Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivatedManager of Corporate Maintenance to join our continuous improvement leadership team in New Brighton MN. They will lead and develop a team of skilled maintenance individuals across the organization while contributing to Bells mission of radically loving and influencing lives.

The Manager ofCorporate Maintenance will be responsible for the following:

  • Effectively leading and motivating our maintenance teams to achieve results
  • Overseeing preventative and routine maintenance across all of our locations
  • Providing guidance and recommendations on maintenance processes issues and projects
  • Managing corporate maintenance initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to meet or exceed safety and quality standards

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Associates degree in related field is required; Bachelors degree in Engineering Industrial Technology Facilities Management or related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 35 years of experience in a maintenance management role is required. Experience with Microsoft suite and a CMMS is preferred.

Salary: Negotiated based on experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Travel will be required with prolonged sitting in a vehicle or by air for hours. Sitting or standing while working on a computer for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to stand walk reach with hands and arms and is occasionally required to sit talk and hear and to use hands to finger handle or feel. The employee will frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds infrequently lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus. The work environment characteristics are best defined as an outdoor environment with exposure to elements such as heat cold precipitation wind. Employees will have moderate exposure to noise as heard in pole production yard including exposure to higher noise levels associated with power equipment. Employee will have light exposure to the chemicals and solutions used in treating wood.
