Quality Manager Six Sigma Black Belt
We are in search of a Quality Manager holding a Six Sigma Black Belt certification to supervise our BPO operations quality teams. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Six Sigma methodologies and a demonstrated history of successfully executing quality improvement projects and leading quality teams. The individual should be highly driven focused on achieving results and equipped with exceptional communication analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute quality management systems
- Perform quality audits
- Spearhead Six Sigma initiatives
- Analyze data and produce reports
- Keep updated with industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- At least 10 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or related role within a BPO environment
- Robust project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Experience with quality management software (e.g. Minitab JIRA) is advantageous
