Daily Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of sales customer service and client relations from start to finish.
- Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Create and execute marketing and sales strategies to boost brand visibility and increase product sales.
- Present and demonstrate products and services to customers.
- Engage with customers address inquiries and actively listen to provide tailored solutions.
- Participate in daily meetings to stay updated on the latest products services and pricing.
- Provide outstanding customer service drive sales and meet sales targets.
- Represent the client with passion and expertise ensuring a positive and lasting brand experience.
Key Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in Sales Support Hospitality or Customer Service is an asset.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly energetic personality with a customerfirst approach.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
