What can you expect to be doing

  • Leading and empowering administration and rostering teams across multiple sites
  • Driving efficiencies through system improvements workflow mapping and business process reviews
  • Overseeing endtoend administration functions including rosters reporting compliance procurement and stock control
  • Fostering a customerfirst culture aligned with personcentred care principles
  • Collaborating across sites and programs to deliver consistent highquality business support
  • Leading the charge on continuous improvement innovation and team development
  • Monitoring KPI performance and contributing to planning projects and service delivery outcomes

What do you need to bring

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar with 4 years in leadership/management roles
  • Experience leading business support functions in a complex peoplecentered environment
  • A track record of driving change uplifting systems and building highfunctioning teams
  • Advanced IT skills to support reporting analytics and workflow design
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage competing demands
  • A passion for making a difference in the lives of older people and their communities
