• An active Connecticut Esthetics license.
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing toplevel services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the clients skincare goals.
• Participate in handson training as well as workshops and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
