Senior C Developer

Location: Bangalore

Job Mode: Fulltime
Work Mode: Hybrid (Pune Hyderabad Chennai & Bangalore)
Job Summary
As a Senior Software Engineer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining highquality software solutions. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects mentoring junior engineers and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Design and develop software applications that meet business needs and technical requirements.
- Lead technical projects from concept to completion ensuring highquality deliverables.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and design software solutions.
- Write clean maintainable and efficient code following best practices in software development.
- Perform code reviews provide feedback and mentor junior engineers to foster skill development.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues providing timely resolutions to ensure system reliability.
- Continuously improve software development processes and practices to enhance team productivity.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies applying them as appropriate.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong proficiency in C/C programming Design.
- Understanding of the latest C development standards
- Understanding of C specific notions and dynamic polymorphism
- Added advantage if worked in Media industry
- Has experience with Codec. Prefer people who have Math background or done Signal processing and/or Data Compression part of their engineering degree ECE or EEE
- Comprehension of memory management for nongarbage collected environments
- Excellent knowledge of algorithms STL containers and data structures
- Knowledge on Unix/shell script socket programming and design pattern
- Excellent critical thinking problemsolving skills Strong debugging skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of other development languages like Python and Java is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of RDBMS databases like oracle and SQL server
- Latest knowledge of development methodologies and modern software design
- Knowledge of Agile process / Scrum Ceremonies.
Excellent communication skills cando attitude ability to stretch when needed
