We are looking foraTechnical Program Manager Data Center to join us as we build cuttingedge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering bestinclass service to our customers. In this role you will contribute towards overseeing new data center construction and site spinups managing server rack installations handling retrofit projects like recabling the wireless network managing breakfix queues for live production traffic and coordinating with early install teams to establish basic connectivity and infrastructure at new sites

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage endtoend project plans and ensure on time delivery.
  • Engage with appropriate teams and resources to execute tasks or projects.
  • Plan manage and communicate endtoend project plans with stakeholders and teams.
  • Perform daytoday project checkin and update to manage project delivery and quality.
  • Identify risks gaps and opportunities and communicate to stakeholders and other teams to drive resolution
  • Recognize potential customer impact of other events and issues (e.g. customer lockdown) communicate potential impact and plan for impact accordingly.
  • Regularly review schedules to identify and prevent potential conflicts whenever possible.
  • Identify coordinate manage expectations and offer alternatives when defining customer solutions.
  • Data Center Work Environment: Recommend implementation improvements based on a thorough understanding of the process.
  • Propose strategies to minimize risks during maintenance activities and collaborate with others to align with scheduling requirements
  • Foster a positive team environment by actively learning and implementing best practices.
  • Promptly report any safety or security concerns or issues.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years Project Management experience in largescale data center environments.
  • Minimum 4 years experience indata center operations including hardware installation and infrastructure maintenance.
  • Minimum 4 years experience with coordinating and managing multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent AND 1 years industry experience OR 2 years industry experience and college course work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in Critical Environment infrastructures (e.g. UPS Generator AHU) or working in physical IT infrastructures (e.g. Servers SANs Networking Capacity DC Rack/Enclosures structured cabling).
  • Technical College degree in Computer Science Math Telecommunications Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Applicable certifications: ASICS/Inventory Control CompTIA Microsoft Network Certifications PMP ITIL CDCP

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including without limitation skill sets education responsibilities experience and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $121000 to $126000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidates qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
