Job Description
Superintendent Phoenix AZ
Company Type: Design Build General Contractor focusing on Commercial Construction exclusively including ground up and interior/tenant renovations.
Position Title: Superintendent Ground Up Construction
Position Description: Manage ground up construction for sizable construction projects throughout the Phoenix area.Someone who can build a variety of commercial projects in the $5$15MM range as a lead superintendent; preferably with ground up tiltwall big box or CMU/Steel experience.
Timing: 3045 days
Compensation and benefits: Salary absolutely depends on experience plus vehicle allowance bonus and excellent benefits.
Desired background: Will need to at least have 810 years commercial construction experience.
