Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Acquire and maintain extensive product knowledge.
Be knowledgeable about the dealerships complete inventory.
Achieve sales targets by selling and delivering a required number of units per month.
Greet and assist customers in the showroom and sales lot with enthusiasm and courtesy.
Clearly explain vehicle performance benefits and optional equipment.
Offer test drives and follow dealership procedures for customer identification.
Use the dealerships sales control and followup system effectively.
Demonstrate a high commitment to customer satisfaction.
Understand and adhere to federal state and local auto sales laws.
Explain vehicle equity values and depreciation to customers.
Ensure the sales manager meets each customer.
Complete and submit all necessary paperwork to the finance and insurance manager.
Prepare vehicles for delivery and ensure the customer understands the vehicles features warranty and paperwork.
Follow up on postdelivery items tag/title work and customer requests.
Maintain systems for owner followup prospect development and customer satisfaction.
Job Qualifications:
Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
Comprehension of instructions and information.
Basic math skills.
Understanding of safety regulations and practices.
Background and MVR checks
Physical Demands:
Constantly engaged in talking and listening.
Frequent standing and walking.
Job involves up to 90 standing and walking in various weather conditions.
