Manage Windows Servers
Manage and deploy Azure systems viaTerraform.
Manage and deploy OCI (Oracle CloudInfrastructure) workloads (VMs) via Terraform
Manage and maintain Active Directory (andHybrid Azure Active Directory)
Manage DHCP DNS Group PolicyCertificates and other domain services.
Virtualization technologies; VMWarevSphere 7.x or greater
Endpoint antivirus technologies.
Windows patch management.
Microsoft SQL Server management andadministration is a plus.
Create update and maintaininfrastructure processes and procedures as required.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree (or the equivalent) inComputer Science or Information Systems and 7 years of data centerinfrastructure and customer support experience.
Minimum of 7 years of technical experiencewith Enterprise technologies
MCSE certification preferred.
Proficiency with configuration andmanagement of Windows Server and linux operating systems
Proficiency with Microsoft ActiveDirectory design configuration and administration
Proficiency with managing and maintainingVirtualization technologies such as VMWare vSphere or Nutanix
Experience with the design implementationand support of Microsoft Windows Azure and other cloud technologies such asOracle Cloud Infrastructure
Proficiency with PowerShell and Terraformscripting.
Comprehensive knowledge of enterpriseserver security and patch management
Comprehensive knowledge of changemanagement
Strong understanding of Windows ActiveDirectory DHCP and DNS
Strong troubleshooting skills fornetworks servers and other systems
Exercises sound judgment and criticalthinking when selecting and deploying methods techniques and evaluationcriteria to achieve desired results.
Ability to work on complex assignmentsprioritize work and seek escalation in a timely manner when required.
Applies critical thinking to troubleshootproblems quickly under time constraints and with interruptions. Problemresolution typically includes understanding SLA management and reportingrestricting knowledge transfer to pertinent information only followingnotification processes and protocols and managing multiple issuessimultaneously.
