Job Description
ATTENTION: This position requires graduation as a Masters of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent standing) and a state license as an Occupational Therapist.

Overview:
Southern Physical Therapy Clinic is experiencing growth and is now hiring a fulltime Occupational Therapist for an Outpatient Clinic with a pediatrics focus in Picayune MS. While fulltime is preferred candidates with parttime or PRN availability will also be considered.
Caseload / Patient Population:
- The Occupational Therapist will manage a caseload that includes general orthopedics neurological cases and hand and upper extremity cases. However the primary focus will be on pediatric patients.
- This is a collaborative multidisciplinary setting that includes Occupational Therapy (OT) Physical Therapy (PT) and SpeechLanguage Pathology (SLP).
- Fulltime OTs typically complete 4555 patient visits per week.
Work Schedule:
- Fulltime position working Monday Friday.
- No weekends or holidays required.
- The work schedule can be flexible based on the needs of the candidate.
- Clinic hours:
- Monday Thursday: 7 am 6 pm
- Friday: 7 am 12 pm
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate starting around $32 per hour for new graduates with increases based on experience.

Job Requirements:
- Eligible for Mississippi state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- New graduate OTs are encouraged to apply mentorship and training are available.
- Fulltime availability is preferred. Candidates with parttime or PRN availability (at least 16 hours and two weekdays) will also be considered.
