Exciting Opportunity for Pediatric/Adult Physical Therapists in Chippewa Falls and Surrounding Communities! (FullTime & PartTime opportunities)
Are you a passionate Physical Therapist looking for a fulfilling and impactful career Rehab Resources is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic InHome Physical Therapists to join our amazing team in Chippewa Falls and the surrounding areas. With both fulltime 3040 hours) and parttime 24 hours) positions available were looking for talented professionals to work with both adults in skilled nursing facilities/community settings/home and pediatric patients (ages B3 within their homes.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial and ongoing evaluations of childrens physical capabilities including strength mobility and coordination.
- Developing individualized treatment plans to improve childrens movement strength and functional independence.
- Addressing developmental or injuryrelated challenges including balance walking running and posture.
- Assisting children in achieving key milestones in motor development and mobility.
- Providing handson interventions to improve gross motor function and reduce the risk of injury.
- Working with children to improve endurance flexibility and coordination.
- Collaborating with families teachers and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive therapy plan.
- Educating families and caregivers on how to assist in the childs therapy at home and in the school environment.
- Participating in schoolbased or B3 team meetings to develop appropriate goals and review therapy outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of treatment and progress.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors masters or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
