Trinity Grammar School in Kew is seeking a talented head chef to lead our culinary team. This is a rare opportunity to have a MondayFriday role in an education environment. Our goal is to provide engaging and nutritious dining solutions tailored to support academic achievement at the highest levels.
THE POSITION
- Plan supervise and monitor the food production across functions and in house menubased catering
- Actively maintain a high standard of food safety allergen awareness and OHS
- Lead develop and inspire a small team of culinary talents
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
- Oversee inventory procurement cost controland minimize food wastage
THE PERSON
- Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
- An accomplished leaderwith a stellar culinary track record
- Current Police Check or ability to obtain
- Experienced with both bulk cooking and functions & events catering
- Experience in leading mentoring and developing teams
- Solid understanding of allergen management food safety and infection control
