Harmony Gardens a premier senior living community in Maplewood MN is excited to offer an opportunity for a PartTime Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team! Our brandnew stateoftheart campus which opened in December 2022 proudly holds a 4star rating and provides an engaging supportive environment for both residents and staff.
At Harmony Gardens we offer a full continuum of care including independent living assisted living memory care skilled nursing and longterm care. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN who is passionate about senior care and committed to delivering highquality professional and empathetic service to our residents.
There arePartTime benefiteligible positions working on our longterm care floor.
Night (NOC) Shift 10:30 PM 7:00 AM) working every other weekend and holiday. 16 hours per 2 week pay period.
Day Shift 6:30am to 3:00pm) working 48 hours per 2 week pay period including working every other weekend and holiday
Pay Range:$29.82 $35.24 / hour depending on experience.
What does a Nurse do
- Displaya courteous attitude and respect for all residents families and staff.
- Workto coordinate oversee and provide residentrelated care.
- Administermedications and/or treatmentin accordance with physicians orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
- Managemedications supplies and equipment including ordering receiving storing and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Documentresident care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- NotifyClinical Manager attending physicians and family members of significant changes in a residents condition and takes follow up action as necessary.
- Monitornursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
What does a Nurse require
- Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have a current MN LPNlicense.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Selfstarter with a desire to be a part of a team.
