Ive got an urgent opportunity for a Part II assistant to work for a medium sized design led practice in London. This is a permanent opportunity with a salary circa 35000.
Youre availability is actually a key aspect for this role. With a very successful year the company in question require multiple Part IIs who are able to interview and start a new position within a matter of days.
This is more of a design focused position however you wont be restricted to front end design forever more there will be opportunities to work across all stages over time. Youll be assisting on the concept design and modeling of projects within the residential and commercial sector.
Specifically youll be working on medium sized residential developments and commercial developments in the UK and the US.
Rhino fluency is key youll need to be able to use Rhino from day one without much in the way of supervision. Revit would be ideal and a bit of a bonus however first and foremost.
Youll need to be able to work in the UK without sponsorship to be considered.
