Job Description
Job Title : Branch Manager ABP Channel
Location : Jamnagar Amreli Navsari Vapi
Reports to : Regional Manager
Responsibilities :
- Sales : Drive sales targets through agents and partnerships; identify new business opportunities.
- Team Management : Recruit train and lead branch staff; set performance goals and conduct reviews.
- Customer Service : Ensure high standards of customer service; resolve complex issues.
- Operations : Oversee daily branch operations; manage expenses and ensure compliance.
- Reporting : Provide regular performance reports and market analysis.
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and manage risks.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelors degree
Experience : 57 years in Life Insurance 2 Years Team Leading
