Whatyou wouldbe doing:

The Certified NurseAssistant CNA plays avital role at The Orchards and moreimportantlyin the lives of our residents and their family members.OurCNAs establish caring relationships with our residents and works with them to ensure their comfort and safety by attending to their needs and reporting care needs to the members of the nursing team and other center team members.

Thesuccessfulcandidate:

  • must beaCertified Nursing Assistant CNA in good standing with theStateof Michiganora graduate of a state approved nursing assistant training program andwill be scheduled for thestate competency examination within 120 days of employment.

  • Is resident centeredpatient compassionate gentle empathetic andacommittedteam player.

  • must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting with residents families and staff members.
