MondayFriday 85 40 hours) Hybrid 5 days/month inoffice

What Youll Do

Summary/Objective:

The Senior Pega Engineer/Developer will be responsible for designing developing testing and maintaining Pegabased applications and solutions. The role involves working closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality software that meets business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pega development deployment automation test automation and general SDLC and DevOps practices.

What Youll Need

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science software engineering or mathematics.
  • 6 progressive years of experience in building and implementing modeldriven enterpriselevel business solutions and applications in Pega
  • Must possess a Pega Certified Senior System Administration (CSSA) certification
  • Possess an understanding of business management
  • Big plus if prior/current .NET development experience

Additional Eligibility Requirements:

  • Dedication to achieving results with a teamoriented drive and a demonstrated ability to lead by example
  • Aptitude to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly and ability to explain it to both business & IS stakeholders

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate partner and collaborate
