We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to join our Marketing Analytics team. In this role you will develop and manage reporting dashboards to track key account identification and enrichment processes surface businesscritical KPIs and provide actionable insights to inform strategy. Youll work closely with Sales and Marketing teams ensuring they understand the impact of their efforts and provide datadriven guidance to optimize performance.

This is a remote role open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Area 125 mi. radius from 1 De Haro St San Francisco) and NYC Metro Area 50 mi. radius from 131 W 55th St New York) or anywhere in Canada. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.

In this role you will:
- Build and manage reporting dashboards to track performance of key account identification and enrichment processes.
- Develop dashboards and analyses to surface businesscritical KPIs and assess sales and marketing performance.
- Perform adhoc reporting and deep dives to uncover key insights across programs and initiatives to inform strategy and decision making.
- Communicate insights using data visualization and presentations to a range of stakeholders.
- Closely partner with Sales and Marketing teams as an advisor ensure they understand the performance of their efforts and have actionable recommendations.

Minimum requirements for the role:
- Bachelors in Statistics Computer Science Business or other related analytical fields
- 3 years of relevant analytics or business intelligence work experience
- Proficient in SQL and visualization platforms (Tableau preferred)
- Advanced Excel/google sheets skills including pivots vlookups and ability to build complex formulas
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with experience in data analysis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize and communicate results and tell compelling stories with data
An ideal candidate also has:
- Sales and marketing experience including familiarity with MarTech tools
- Handson experience working with Databricks
- Data Science machine learning or predictive analytics experience
- Comfort working in an exploratory environment testing and iterating on new data sources and methodologies
