We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Operation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for Governance of Archer Findings Server and Application vulnerabilities developing and maintaining reports presented to management.
Advise on governance: Provide guidance on best practices for governance risk management and compliance within clients Payments.
Identify risks: Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk and provide solutions and create Change Records to resolve
Communicate with stakeholders: Educate stakeholders on governance policies and procedures for Application and Server Vulnerabilities.
Develop governance frameworks: Develop implement maintain and enhance governance frameworks such as a control function dashboard.
Review Disaster Recovery documentations to ensure quality standards are present.
Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including Technology Control Office Business sponsors and development teams.
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Experience with ServiceNow Archer and Excel are an absolute must have.
Experience: 2 years of professional experience in Archer Merlin Tableau PowerPoint Excel and ServiceNow
Must have Technical Skills: A great understanding of Server and Application vulnerabilities against different OS and Middleware platforms the impacts they can have to an ecosystem and resolving with minimal impact.
Soft Skills: Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment. Selfmotivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent verbal written and presentation skills.
Excellent on building new reports and dashboards.
Familiarity with Disaster Recovery procedures.
