Job Description
Global category buyer for stamping/metal assembly parts;
Handle commercial purchasing topics e.g. sourcing activities in response to RFQC according to Bosch process; commercial terms negotiation with supplier etc.
Contribution to development of global category strategy with regional insights/inputs;
Supplier management & supplier strategy (supplier development or consolidation) definition of subcategory strategy acc. to RB internal and external requirements in case necessary;
Cost analysis and management conduct annual price negotiation with suppliers market scouting/analysis and cost benchmarking drive and support on cost down activities;
Capacity management Contract management Supply chain risk management;
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree or above engineering background preferred from renowned university as plus
Good communication and negotiation skills ability to manage business relationship with international stake holders and suppliers
Good analytical skill logic thinking open and innovative mindset
Selfmotivating and able to cope with difficult situation team player with flexibility
Fluent in English knowledge in German is plus
Experience on commercial purchasing and digitization would be preferred
