We are looking for an Audience Product Quality Assurance Assistant to join the Global Marketing Platform team. Within this role you will leverage your passion for music to support marketing teams in growing their artist fan base and executing campaigns to engage and connect the best artists to their best fans.
This role will ensure the required Audience Product Development Processes support the operational tasks across UMGs CRM and data platforms. Your experience and support will help to ensure that changes in CRM products are qualified monitored and tested in a timely manner to ensure an always on service that meets the targeting and campaign delivery needs of our marketers.
You will also work with our marketing ops and product teams to QA and troubleshoot issues quickly and ensure seamless CRM product delivery .
