What is it like being a General Managers Right Hand at OVRSEA
The General Manager Spains Right Hand internship is a very entrepreneurial onetime opportunity to participate in the early development of a scaleups local office and activity.
Within our local fastgrowing team you willwork directly with Nacho our General Manager. Your primary missions will be to support and help frame our development with the ultimate goal of enabling our Sales & Operations.
This is both a strategic and operational position that mixes very diverse operational data finance and product issues. It will allow you to collaborate with different teams on various projects that are crucial to support OVRSEAs development in Spain.

Your missions
1 Data Analysis and Sales Support 50:
Develop databased best practices and processes.
Closely monitor our local KPIs and create dashboards to followup completion of Sales objectives.
Prepare a monthly 360 reporting to the ExCom detailing our Financial Operational and Sales performance
Run lead generation and find great potential clients (via sping tools) so that our Spanish BDRs and AEs can close new accounts.
2 Internationalization enablement 30:
Conduct benchmarks and research on a variety of topics contributing to the establishment of our commercial strategy for 2025.
Serve as a local point of contact and relay between local and HQ teams.
Develop knowledge for Spain and for OVRSEAs global internationalization.
Run local marketing missions (website email campaign).
3 Recruitment 20:
Source profiles and manage a diverse pipe of candidates.
Adapt our recruitment strategy to local market.
Contribute to building out local office culture.
Drive local legal and HR projects.
In this very early stage project we expect a high level of flexibility as you might work on very various tasks and they will evolve along the internship.
Are you the One
You are looking for an internship starting in July 2025 for 6 months
You have at least one previous internship with a relevant experience.
You have an analytical mind with an appetite for data but you also know how to dive into the operational side of things.
You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and organizational skill.
You are both fluent in Spanish and English. Additional French is a plus but not mandatory.
