Position Summary
This position will provide medical and administrative support to physicians staff and customers in a medical spa to create the highest quality of services according to all legal and company standards.
Position Responsibilities
- Learn and develop a comprehensive understanding of treatments and procedures provided at the Medical Spa.
- Greet and prepare guests for aesthetic procedures by explaining treatments obtaining standardized pictures and consents and ensuring comfort.
- Prep exam and procedure rooms.
- Assist the medical team with surgical and nonsurgical procedures.
- Assist clients during injectables laser treatments and other cosmetic procedures.
- Change dressings and remove sutures.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate electronic health records (EHRs) for all patients.
- Monitor stock levels of medical instruments and equipment to ensure the clinic is wellstocked.
- Maintain logs for lab cleanliness and maintenance of equipment.
- Package and sterilize supplies and instruments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Medical Assistant Training.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or be willing to become certified immediately upon hire.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Some experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- 3 years of relative experience is desired.
- Medical Assistant certification is desired.

Physical Requirements
These physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
- Ability to lift/push/pull 35lbs.
- Ability to sit bend stoop kneel and twist.
- Possess good hand/eye coordination when assisting with procedures and handling instruments.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Additional Eligibility Requirements
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Successful completion of reference checks.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Expected Work Hours and Location
Hours for this position may vary between operating hours listed below.
Monday 12:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday Thursday 8:00 a.m. 8:00 p.m.
Friday 9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
