Job Description

Start your journey with Blue Compass RV as we seek an RV Warranty Administrator to join our team.

THE ROLE:The RV Warranty Administrator is responsible for processing warranty claims ensuring accurate documentation and coordinating with manufacturers and service technicians to facilitate timely reimbursements. This role requires strong attention to detail organizational skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Prepare and submit warranty claims to manufacturers and suppliers for reimbursement.
  • Ensure claims are processed correctly and in compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Track warranty claim status and follow up as needed to expedite approvals.
  • Work closely with service advisors and technicians to gather necessary documentation and ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
  • Handle warranty claim denials and work to resolve disputes when necessary.
  • Reconcile warranty receivables and process payments as they are received.
  • Maintain organized records of all warranty transactions and correspondence.
  • Assist service department staff with other administrative tasks as needed.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Previous experience in warranty administration preferably in the RV automotive or similar industry.
  • Knowledge of RV parts service operations and warranty processes is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with manufacturers suppliers and service team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
