What Youll Do
- Rotate through the functional areas of our core lines of business (Mills Fabrication Recycling or Emerging Businesses Group such as Construction Services)
- Under the direction of management work on various business projects and present on a final capstone project
- Train on and Safely operate mechanical equipment as required
- Work in field roles to learn processes and procedures
- May work in shortterm assignment roles (fill in for vacations vacancies and other as required by the business)
- Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture
What Youll Need
- Ability to work at a variety of CMC Facilities; to include working outside in hot/cold/wet conditions heights and/or unique situations
- Capable of performing a wide range of physical activities which include pulling reaching bending climbing and kneeling
- Ability to work within all levels of the organization (shop floor to upper management)
- Possess High Integrity and work under the guidelines of CMCs core values
- Strong analytical and computer skills (MS Office Suite) required
- Must be able to work flexible hours and be available upon the needs of the business; to include occasional shift work
- Strong communication skills required. Must read speak and understand English language in verbal and written communication.
Your Education
- Bachelors degree required
