The Aquatics Supervisor will be responsible for the daily operations of Wrights Pond and/or Tufts Pool. This will include supervising employees maintaining records and providing customer service. ;

Required Qualifications: ;
- Must be Age 21 or older before June 16 2025
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience with supervising employees
- Able to attend Orientation June 14th & 15th (time TBD) ;
- Standard First Aid (training can be provided) ;
- Adult and Child CPR/AED (training can be provided)
- Able to solve problems and have good judgment ;
- Ability to communicate with the public and provide good customer service
- Strong organizational skills including the ability to maintain records and schedules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications: ;
- American Red Cross Lifeguard Certified
- American Red Cross Waterfront Certified
- Two years experience lifeguarding

Duties: ;
- Directly supervise Aquatics staff at Wrights Pond and/or Tufts Pool
- Ensures staff are in uniform and executing their job duties effectively
- Supports frontline staff with policy and rule enforcement
- Communicates with the public. Deescalate problems when they occur
- Maintains daily safety and cleaning checklist
- Inspects equipment. Inform the Recreation Director when repairs or replacements are necessary
- Follows and executes the facilities Emergency Action Plan if necessary ;
- Performs CPR or provides basic first aid ;
- The Recreation Director or Assistant Recreation Director may assign other duties

This is a seasonal position beginning June 13th August 24th. Employees will be scheduled between 2040 hours per week depending on availability. ;
