Job Description
CAPITAL Nissan is seeking a highly motivated and customerfocused individual to join our team as an Automotive Quick Lane Service Advisor. As the first point of contact for customers utilizing our Quick Lane service you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and efficient service experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills automotive knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Automotive Express Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to customer concerns and questions regarding their vehicles
- Provide accurate and detailed information about Quick Lane services
- Perform vehicle inspections and recommend necessary services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer needs
- Schedule service appointments and manage the Quick Lane service queue efficiently
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and Quick Lane service offerings
- Collaborate with other team members including technicians and support staff to ensure a seamless customer service experience
- Other duties assigned
Automotive Express Service Advisor Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive service advisory role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Computer literacy including familiarity with service management software
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must be able to pass a preemployment background check
