Job Description
OB/GYN Physician
A fullscope OB/GYN is needed at an established nonprofit hospital system in Sebring Florida.

Salary and Benefits
- Base Salary: $350000
- Additional wRVU bonus (paid quarterly)
- $75000 sign on bonus
- Relocation Assistance: Yes up to $15000

- Only hospital in 45 mile radius that accommodates deliveries
- Standard provider tenure is 10 years
- 171 bed hospital
- Hospital has colposcopy machine and robotics for surgery (Da Vinci Xi)
- Closeknit community very healthy work environment and local community excellent living location close to everything without risk of coastal hurricanes!
Responsibilities
- Full Scope OB/GYN
- Hospital patients are seen are at 35 weeks or more
- 20 patients per day
- Call can be from home!
- On occasion provider will be observed by FMOB and IM residents
- Clinic hours are MTh 8 to 5 and Friday 9 to 12 pm
- Inbox handled by MAs CNMs or APRNs.
Requirements
- Clear and Active Medical License in the State of Florida (or willing to obtain if out of area provider)
- BC/BE in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Fulltime role this is not locums or per diem.
- New graduates are welcome to apply!
- Candidates set to graduate in 2026 are also welcome to apply funds from sign on bonus can be allocated via stipend upon signing employment contract.
