Job Description

Residential RNCLS
Plainview location
MonFri 35hrs flex

Qualifications:

NY State licensed RN.
One year experience supporting people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities is preferred
Above average performance and attendance in current position
Excellent oral/written communication and organizational skills

Primary duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

Ensures the delivery of quality medical services to the individuals living within the CLS program
Participates in the medical oncall system and provides supervision of unlicensed direct care staff in the performance of nursing tasks and activities
The RN acts as the primary liaison between the medical service providers and the consumer
