We have a singular opening for the parts counter position at the Garcia Honda dealership in Albuquerque New Mexico. Garcia Honda is a busy parts department and a primary training location for the Garcia Automotive Group. The successful professional candidate must have demonstrated parts counter experience with a proven record of excellence. Honda experience is preferred. Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus. We are looking for a driven individual who wants to provide exemplary customer service to our retail and service customers who is interested in career advancements opportunities and isnt afraid to work hard to reach their full potential!
Responsibilities(include but are not limited to):
Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need.
Answer telephone calls promptly and provide professional service ensuring the customers needs are met.
Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner.
Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date.
Informing customers of any current specials.
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Companys Values in all interactions with customers coworkers and vendors.
Requirements(include but are not limited to):
Two or more years related experience in an automotive parts department preferred.
One or more years of sales experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
