ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Production Assistant to support our team during content shoots. This role will involve managing props coordinating transportation logistics assisting with budgeting and ensuring smooth daytoday operations on set. The ideal candidate will be organized adaptable and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Place orders for necessary props through platforms such as Amazon or other vendors ensuring timely deliveries for shoots.
- Coordinate the physical pickup of props from local stores as required.
- Maintain order and organization of props within the content cage area.
- Ensure each prop is placed in its designated container for optimal efficiency and accessibility.
- Assist with coordinating van rentals including scheduling pickups and dropoffs.
- Complete all necessary rental paperwork and ensure the van is in suitable condition for transporting equipment and props.
- Help load and unload equipment and props from the van ensuring safe and careful handling.
- Ensure all equipment and props are properly accounted for and securely stored during transportation.
- Support the producer in onboarding new models and vendors providing them with relevant payment instructions.
- Collaborate with the producer to gather and organize all receipts for purchases.
- Update budget sheets to track expenses related to props equipment and other purchases.
- Assist in monitoring model and freelancer rates ensuring accurate payment records.
- Maintain detailed records of rates and expenses to help with budget management.
- Manage coffee and lunch orders for the team during content shoots to ensure a smooth workflow.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a teamoriented mindset.
- Previous experience in a production or similar environment is a plus.
- Comfort with using various online platforms and tools to place orders and manage logistics.
- Valid drivers license (if required for transportation tasks).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- BABS degree or equivalent work experience.
- English additional language(s) an advantage.
- Schedule of this position: Monday Friday Core business hours Onsite
