Full Time Daylight Johnstown PA
LPN License and valid Drivers License required
Senior LIFE is currently seeking LPNs to fill a full time permanent position at Senior LIFE. The ideal candidate will hold a current state of Pennsylvania LPN license valid drivers license and must have one years experience working specifically with an elderly or aging population.

Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Must have a current state of Pennsylvania LPN License
- Must have a valid Drivers License
Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Provide high quality nursing care to members as prescribed by the physician and approved care plan
- Implementing care and other services following a thorough member assessment and approved plan initiated by the RN
- Providing accurate and timely documentation of all member services to reflect approved care plans

As such nurse candidates must have strong clinical competency and advanced knowledge/skills.
