ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Create and report production statistics: Provide daily monthly quarterly numbers for all work centers including
OEE throughput productivity efficiency numbers and update the plant Process Based Leadership System
accordingly.
Analyze Manufacturing S Data and Provide trend data for overall material waste performance.
Update the Cost of Quality Database on a weekly basis track rework and rework costs.
Updating Pay for Performance data on a Weekly basis for teams to measure their productivity s safety and
quality performance to target for plant bonus system.
KPI Data: Update operation metric goals on monthly and quarterly basis
Complete BOM Master Routing Updates and complete ECOs to include raw material consumption labor
utilization and run rate information for manufacturing routings.
Operations software support for Safety Management System and Process Based Leadership System.
Data Reporting Tools Creation in MS Access or other programs for Short Interval Control QUEST Machine
Settings References and HR Staffing reports and turnover.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each of the
essential accountabilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or
ability required.
Bachelors degree in finance accounting or other related field and one year of work experience in data management i.e. data integrity evaluation and reporting and adept at using spreadsheets and databases for this purpose preferably in a manufacturing setting or equivalent combination of education & experience 5 years experience).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Outlook Excel Word Access and PowerPoint.
Must be a selfstarter with a demonstrated ability to work independently and be able to manage multiple
projects and tasks concurrently and prioritize appropriately.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with internal associates and designated external contacts.
Experience with PBL Software strongly preferred. JD Edwards and ERP system skills in item set up report
creation & data analysis preferred.
