Job Description
At ChickfilA Team Leaders are responsible for assisting the management team in all aspects of shift management and ensuring that each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience. Team Leaders are responsible for supervising assigned stations for an entire shift and may be assigned to open or close the restaurant in the absence of a manager; following established opening and closing procedures.
As a Front of House leader you will lead the effort to make sure our team provides quick and excellent service to our guests in a clean environment while doing your part to make sure the food coming out of the kitchen is made correctly and fresh. Team Leaders are a vital part of the success we will have as a restaurant. In addition there are further advancement opportunities within our organization.
