Job Description

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a Custodian to join our team at ED PAYNE MOTORS. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facilities including offices restrooms and common areas. The ideal candidate will ensure that the premises are tidy and presentable at all times.

**Qualifications:**
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Custodian or in a similar role.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Ability to handle basic maintenance tasks.
Attention to detail and thoroughness in work.

**Responsibilities:**
Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas.
Sweep vacuum and mop floors.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in the appropriate manner.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request refills as needed.
Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or fixing minor repairs.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Cooperate with the rest of the staff.

**Skills:**
Attention to detail.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
Good time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
Knowledge of safety protocols.
