Provides high levels of cleanliness quality and service to patients families and customers.


Job Description:


Essential Functions:

  • Cleans and services patient care areas offices lobbies bathrooms or other areas as assigned.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of 10 Step Cleaning Process and appropriate chemical use to meet department standards.
  • Performs routine cleaning and coordinates with management to address and resolve facility maintenance service issues and other concerns.
  • Practices proper methods of Infection Control in conjunction with cleaning procedures. Maintains proper use and knowledge of PPE and door precautions.
  • Maintains closet housekeeping cart and cleaning equipment in clean orderly and good working condition.
  • Maintains departments standards of practice as evidenced by quality control inspections and customer feedback.


Education Requirement:

High School graduate or equivalent required.

Skills:

  • Demonstrate high degree of proficiency in the 10 Step Cleaning Process.
  • Effective communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to prioritize and multitask.

Experience:

Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
