Job Description
A leading ecommerce company is seeking a VP of Finance to drive financial strategy ensure robust fiscal management and support the companys growth objectives. This role requires a highly experienced financial leader with a strong track record in financial planning analysis and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting budgeting and forecasting
- Develop and implement scalable financial processes
- Lead and mentor the finance team ensuring operational excellence
- Manage resource allocation and financial risk mitigation
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business growth and profitability
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 10 years of experience in finance with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills including advanced Excel proficiency
- Proven ability to establish and refine scalable repeatable financial processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ownership mindset proactive in identifying and solving financial challenges
- Experience working in a fastpaced highgrowth environment

Salary: $175k$250k 10 Bonus
