Job Description
Were looking for our next great Hospitality Team Members!
Position Type: Fulltime 3040 hours/week)
Preferred experience: 12 years experience working with customers
Essential Functions:
Genuine Hospitality: exhibiting Core Values of ChickfilA to each guest and answering guest requests
Great Food: fulfilling drink and desert orders following food safety requirements and verifying food quality
Fast & Accurate Service: bagging orders correctly as received from the kitchen and maintaining a quick speed of service in all areas of the business
Clean and Safe Environment: sanitizing tables mopping and sweeping all areas of the restaurant and emptying trash compartments
Other tasks requested by the leadership team as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have a source of reliable transportation
Reading writing and verbal communication skills required
Works in hot noisy and fast paced environment
Mobility required during shifts
Must work well under pressure
Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
