Job Description
General Manager required for our clients Mediterranean Restaurant based in Kingston Upon Thames.Previous Management experience is essential.
You will ideally have an infectious energy and a natural leaning towards hospitality. Composed under pressure a clear communicator who is not afraid in confronting difficult situations with customers or staff. Takes pride in his personal brand and has stamina for those long hours.
Briefly:
- Monitor and control the implementation of BOH and FOH procedures
- Conduct and manage opening and closing procedures for both BOH and FOH
- Conduct brands audit together with store management team as directed and designed by Home Office
- Accountable for correct deviations
- Ensure that the financial systems POS and brand processes are followed according to the standards operations

Experience:
- At least 8 years working in the restaurant industry
- At least 3 years in a leading role
