We are looking for a tasteful orderly and curious chef for our kitchen team
The service includes:
- Help to ensure the daily operation.
- Be responsible for the different sections in the kitchen
- You are able to properly prep for service and keep the required production.
- Ensure all dishes meet the restaurants quality standards in terms of flavor presentation and timing.
- Keep good communication with the immediate manager and the rest of the team.
- As a part of the kitchen team you are responsible to maintain a good level of hygiene health and safety and keep workstations clean and organized throughout service
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience from a similar position
- Indepth knowledge of French and Nordic cuisine sauces cooking methods classic and modern techniques.
- Ability to work as part of a team with initiative and creativity.
- You are flexible stressresistant and have a professional and personal attitude towards colleagues and guests.
- You are able to focus on precision when preparing and plating each dish to meet the customer expectation.
- Able to communicate in English and Swedish
- Work ethic punctualreliable and willing to go above and beyond to deliver a great experience
- You are available to work nights and weekends
