Job Description
- Working knowledge of all technology and AV equipment within the student center
- Working knowledge of and enforcement of policies and procedures of the student center in addition to university policies
- Support professional staff in 202 Suite
- Attend training sessions monthly meetings and professional development seminars
- Greet direct and answer questions for visitors students and faculty/staff
- Attend scheduled shifts
- Keep workspace and office tidy and organized
- Arrive to shifts on time; properly clock in and out
- Answer department phone and transfer calls to appropriate staff member
- Complete daily logs
- Distribute mail
- Perform other requested duties as needed
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be dependable and punctual
- Ability to use Web browsers on Microsoft Windows computers
- Possess positive attitude towards the Student Center and the University
- Willing to promote department and University Goals
- Recipient of Federal Work Study
- Available to work 24 2hour shifts between the hours of operation of 9am5pm Monday Friday
