Reports to: Logistics / CSR / Planning XPS Coordinator
Purpose of the Role: Oversee customer orders and shipments efficiently including documentation vehicle traffic and call center operations.
- Receiving verifying and registering customer orders
- Process and organize documentation such as delivery notes / invoices
- Contact customers and transport companies to confirm delivery and tracking updates
- Maintain accurate records of shipments retrieve and organize transport documents
- Inbound / Outbound vehicle traffic management
- Call center incoming calls management
- 2 years working experience in similar position
- Technological Educational Institute Degree
- Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite and SAP
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
- Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
- Consistently achieves results even under tough circumstances
- Stepping up to address difficult issues saying what needs to be said
- Developing and delivering multimode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
